Mind & Inner Clarity / Self-Realization

Why Mind Noise Hides Your True Self And How Clarity Appears

There is a constant disturbance within…

the mind thinking… the intellect deciding…

something is always happening.

And because of this…

something is not seen.

Because of the noise of mind and intellect, your true self is not known.

The mind keeps moving.

The intellect keeps interfering.

So there is no gap.

No stillness.

We try to understand through thinking.

But thinking itself is the disturbance.

So the more we try…

the more it continues.

Where there is inner noise… true seeing does not happen.

It is not that your true self is far.

It is not hidden somewhere else.

It is simply not noticed…

because attention is occupied.

Like a disturbed surface

When water is constantly moving…

you cannot see what is beneath.

Not because it is absent…

but because the surface is disturbed.

And when the movement settles…

what was always there becomes visible.

In the same way…

the noise of mind and intellect keeps the surface active.

And your true self…

remains unnoticed.

The simple point

You do not need to create silence.

You only need to notice the disturbance.

The movement of mind… the interference of intellect…

just as it is.

When it is clearly seen…

it begins to loosen.

And where it loosens…

there is space.

There is quiet.

The turning point

The problem is not the absence of your true self… it is the disturbance that hides it.

In the end, it becomes clear.

Nothing new is created.

Nothing new is achieved.

Only the disturbance settles…

and what was always there…

begins to be known.

Your true self is not hidden… it is only unseen when the mind remains disturbed.
