God is remembered in many names…
and worshipped in many forms.
In one place…
there are countless deities.
each with a different form…
a different expression.
Though forms appear many… what they point to is one.
In the Hindu understanding…
these many forms are not separate powers.
They are different expressions…
of the same truth.
Like one light…
appearing through many lamps.
the appearance changes…
but the light does not divide.
In that sense…
what is called Shiva…
is not limited to one form.
It points to that which is beyond form…
yet present in all forms.
Forms may differ… but the essence they carry is not separate.
When attention stays only on names…
differences appear stronger.
This is one deity…
that is another.
This path…
that path.
But when seen more deeply…
the division softens.
The same presence…
is felt through different forms.
The turning point
The difference is in form… not in the presence behind it.
Then it becomes simple.
There is no need to compare.
No need to argue which form is higher.
Each form…
in its own way…
becomes a doorway.
And what is entered through that doorway…
is not many.
It is one.
In the end…
names remain different.
forms remain different.
But what is worshipped…
is not divided.
Many forms are seen… but the presence behind them remains one.
